What you’ll do:
- Lead daily operations within the Retail and Imaging departments to ensure exceptional guest experience and achievement of sales goals.
- Oversee point of sale operations, including opening and closing cash handling procedures, credit card and gift card reconciliation, audits, and skimmer checks.
- Support frontline team members by assisting with sales transactions, returns, exchanges, price overrides, change requests, photo sales, editing, printing, and packaging
- Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high standards of guest service, operational excellence, and departmental performance.
- Monitor department productivity and performance reporting to maximize efficiency and achieve revenue goals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns received in person, by phone, or via email
- Support inventory management by receiving shipments, completing cycle counts, processing damaged merchandise, organizing stockrooms, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout retail locations to ensure attractive, organized, and well-stocked sales areas.
- Capture high quality guest photos as needed and demonstrate expertise in photography equipment, editing software, and sales technology.
- Assist with maintaining photography equipment and coordinating repairs or maintenance with vendors as needed.
- Support specialty attractions and equipment, including crane machines and penny press operations, by maintaining inventory and communicating maintenance needs.
- Adapt to changing operational needs, work locations, and departmental priorities throughout the day.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and operational policies and procedures.
What you’ll bring:
- High School Diploma, preferred but not required
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- 2 years in retail or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing, and proactive individual
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to work weekends and holidays with occasional evenings
