Key Responsibilities
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for volunteers and interns
- Serve as a mentor to recruit, retain, and recognize our volunteers and interns
- Maintain databases and records to accurately track program metrics.
- Support departmental initiatives for growth and retention.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in volunteer management or a related field is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for wildlife and conservation.
